All orders are shipped in unmarked packaging with no mention of Lubilicious or the contents on the outside. We respect your privacy, always.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed within the next 1-2 business days.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Standard Shipping

  • Carrier: USPS

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout

Tracking Your Order

Shipping Delays

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipping. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as “Delivered,” we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If this happens, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or building staff.

  2. Contact the carrier.

  3. Reach out to us if you’re still unable to locate the package, and we’ll do our best to help.
